Delete your account
Request deletion of your My Nutration account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete while logged in
Sign in, open your profile, scroll to the danger zone, and click "Delete Account". Deletion is immediate.
Open Profile (settings icon) and use "Delete Account" in the danger zone.

Your account, diary entries, recipes, habits, fasting sessions, refresh tokens, and profile data.
What may remain
Server log files may be kept for up to 7 days for security and operations.
Deletion takes effect immediately after you confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, enter the email address of your account. We will send you a confirmation link.
